Picnic
Bell
Think of the picnic bell as a big umbrella! Weather permitting the picnic table, floor cushions & dressings will be laid outside of the bell tent. Leaving you a space to retract if the weather lets you down or when the evening chill sets in.
The table will be set for upto 6 guests included in the price. Additional tables & settings can be added (chargeable)

Awning hire £45
If you want alittle sunshade or rain cover then an awning can be a great addition.
As the sides are open its dosen't provide full rain cover but can be a great option to provide some protection.
Only available to hire as an add on to an existing booking
An additional £100 security deposit is required with all Bell tents on booking to secure the date & theme . This is with held until post collection checks have been carried out ( usually within 24hr of the event) as per our Ts&Cs

Garden Hire
Short of space for your planned garden party? Then we may have the answer. The Chatty Garden is the perfect size for hosting a garden party. Whether its a special celebration or just a get together look no further . The garden hire is only available as an add on to the booking of one of our Bell tents ( this is in case the weather turns alittle for the worse)

The bell tent is seasonal
Available April until 30th September
The bell tent is 5m
This requires a minimum of 7m x 7m
and must be on grassed area
Sleepovers upto a maximum of 8
If full size mattresses are required this is very tight to sleep 8, but can be done
Low Table area 2 m x 1.5 m
this includes rug and surrounding cushions
( all approx measurements )
£100 Security deposit required on booking
This will be held as per Terms & conditions until post collection checks
All set ups must be in a secure area &
permission granted by venue prior to booking.
No smoking , vaping or naked flames permitted in the bell tent
Picnic settings can be set up outside but must be taken under cover or inside the bell tent if it rains.
Please make sure children are supervised throughout the event . Bell tents are not toys. They are not for climbing or hanging on and the hirer takes full responsibility for the safety of guests & the bell tent. All damages must be paid for as per terms & conditions .
Please be aware the bell tents are for external use only .
Delivery
Delivery, set up & collection within a 20 mile radius of CB7 5LW is included. I can travel further afield upto a 40 mile radius but this will be an additional charge of £2.00 per extra mile to cover the 4 journeys required. If you are a little further please feel free to enquire.
Hire is usually for a period of 24 hours
Please advise if you would like collected on the same day at the time of booking.
