Think of the picnic bell as a big umbrella! Weather permitting the picnic table, floor cushions & dressings will be laid outside of the bell tent. Leaving you a space to retract if the weather lets you down or when the evening chill sets in.

As the sides are open its doesn't provide full rain cover but can be a great option to provide some protection.

IMPORTANT INFO
The Bell Tent is seasonal
Available April until 30th September
Hire period is for 24hrs
Additional nights are charged at £95 per night
The Bell Tent is 5m x 5m
This requires a minimum of 7m x 7m and must be a secure grassed area
Sleepovers up to a maximum of 6 Adults
May sleep upto 8 children using smallest mattresses
£100 Security deposit required on booking
This is in additon to the hire charges and will be held as per Terms & Conditions until post collection checks
All set ups must be in a secure area &
permission granted by venue prior to booking.
No smoking , vaping or naked flames permitted in the bell tent
Picnic settings that are set up outside must be taken
under cover or inside the bell tent if it rains.
Please make sure children are supervised throughout the event . Bell Tents are not toys.
They are not for climbing or hanging on and the hirer takes full responsibility
for the safety of guests & the bell tent.
All damages must be paid for as per Terms & Conditions .
Delivery
Delivery, set up & collection within a 20 mile radius of CB7 5LW is included. I can travel further afield upto a 40 mile radius but this will be an additional charge of £2.00 per extra mile to cover
the 4 journeys required.
If you're located slightly further away, feel free to get in touch to discuss options.
Hire is usually for a period of 24 hours
Please advise if you would like collected on the same day at the time of booking.
