HOW LONG IS THE HIRE PERIOD?

All items are hired on a 24 hour basis. We can offer same day collections and discuss collection times on booking. 

HOW MUCH SPACE DO I NEED FOR AN INDOOR SLEEPOVER?

​It is important that you measure your space before booking with us. We use modular bedding which comes in various lengths according to your age and space. Use our mattress guide to find the size required.   When its time to sleep please remove the trays off the bedding & place somewhere safe.  You will need to consider the area around the tents so that you can move around safely without causing damage or injury.

RECOMMENDED MATTRESS SIZES

Age 4-6: 130 x 80 (minimum space required 140 x 110 including teepee)

Age 6-10: 165 x 80 (minimum space required 170 x 110 including teepee)

Age 10 – Adult: 200 x 80 (minimum space required 210 x 110 including teepee)

Please note the above is a guide. We can leave full sizes for all ages if you have enough space and all mattress sizes can be adapted on the day if necessary.

WHAT DO THE GLAMPERS SLEEP ON?

We use 10cm foam modular mattress in an enclosed protector & an added protector. Using modular mattresses allows us to size accordingly.               

 

WHAT BEDDING IS USED?

​A 10.5 tog duvet and duvet cover, Pillow with protector and pillowcase are provided as standard, unless the Camp’in' theme is booked where each glamper will be provided with a sleeping bag instead of the duvet. After each event the is bedding is washed and sanitised ensuring maximum hygiene standards.​

 

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE SLEEPOVER PRICE?

​Creating, delivering and styling your teepee event within a 20-mile radius of CB7 5LW. I can travel further afield within a 40-mile radius, with an additional charge of £2.00 per extra mile covering the 4 journeys. Each guest will have an individual teepee and fully made-up bed. Themed accessories including cushions and blankets, a tray table, battery operated lights, and a personalised chalk name board.

We will return the following day to pack everything away.

HOW LONG DOES A SLEEPOVER TAKE TO SET UP?

​Each sleepover may take between 60-120 minutes to set up depending on the theme and number of beds.

We arrive in a van bring a lot of equipment with us, so we need to be as close to the entrance of  house/venue as possible and access is clear as this can delay the set up times .

 

DO YOU NEED A POWER SUPPLY?

All our lights are battery powered for indoor & outdoor sleepovers unless there is a special request for power. I can provide and extension lead for the bell tent if required but must be safely plugged inside or undercover.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS ANY DAMAGE TO ANY OF THE TENTS OR EQUIPMENT?

We understand accidents happen which is why we require a security deposit . In the event of any damage, we will contact you to discuss any deductions required from the deposit or any additional costs incurred.   Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for full information which also details our replacements costs. All damages and losses must be paid for. 

DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?

Yes, we ask for a security deposit on completion of the booking ( this is in addition to the Hire costs). The full balance for the event is required 14 days prior to the event date. The security deposit will be retained and refunded once the equipment has been collected and inspected - normally within 48 hours of the event. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions

WHAT AREAS DO YOU COVER?

We can cover within a 20-mile radius of CB7 5LW.  I can stretch further afield within a 40-mile radius of CB7 5LW  with an additional charge of £2.00 per extra mile covering the 4 journeys. ​If you out of this range please contact to enquire.

 

WHAT AGES ARE THE SLEEPOVERS SUITABLE FOR?

We cater for ages ranging from 4 years to adult. Please note that all under 18s must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult.

WHAT IF I CANT SEE A SUITABLE THEME?

We may be able to offer you a bespoke theme of your choice. Just ask us . The only thing you need to be aware of is Copy right laws . This means, for example, if you would like a specific character we can coordinate the colour schemes/theme but you may have to provide/purchase the official merchandise to bring the theme together. We can advise on this further on request.   

CAN THE TEEPEE SLEEPOVERS BE SET OUTSIDE?

​No, unfortunately these are all indoor teepees but our ​ Bell Tents are available for external use. 

WHAT SPACE IS REQUIRED FOR THE BELL TENTS?

 

Our 5m Bell tent requires a secure grassed area which is a minimum of 7m x 7m. This is

non-negotiable.

 

HOW MANY GLAMPERS DO THE BELL TENTS SLEEP?

 

A maximum of 6 Adult size mattresses/glampers for sleeping . If the smaller mattresses are used we can fit up to 8.

WHAT IF IT RAINS?

​Unfortunately we can't do anything about the weather ! Rain will not stop set ups going ahead.

Bell Tents are fully waterproof . Outdoor games are treated but please consider back up plans

incase of rain to allow usage . Consider areas of shelter / over hanging trees / barn areas ect. within

the event space . We advise that you discuss back up plans with venue before booking 

ACCESS REQUIREMENTS​

We arrive in a van with a lots of equipment with us to offload so the access route to your home or venue needs to be clear and as close as possible. 

WHAT IF WE NEED TO CANCEL?​

We understand that things don't always go to plan and there may be a need for you to change the date or even cancel your booking. If this happens, please let us know as soon as you possible to discuss.  Unfortunately, the security deposit is non-refundable if you cancel.

DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?

Yes, we have public liability insurance, and we are DBS checked. I also hold a personal alcohol license.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

All personal data is for the purpose of booking only. Your data can be removed at any time, please get in contact to do so. We may at times use your photos for social media, or our website – We will always ask your permission first.
